Job Description

•Scope/Summary

Recruit and develop distributor and achieve sales target in assigned areas; Assist distributor to grow up business through retail excellence, sub-dealer channel and deco development; Strictly follow and execute Sales Management Process to realize sales excellence; Other duties may be assigned as required.
在指定地区招募和开发地区总代理商(地区总代)并完成销售指标;协助地区总代通过门店零售渠道,分销渠道及家装渠道的开发提升业务;严格遵守和执行销售管理流程以达到卓越销售;其它工作职责按工作需要安排。


•Essential Functions

1.Recruit distributor in assigned areas by following distributor recruitment procedure, currently including market sweeping, initial contact, evaluation, in future may extend to next two steps of negotiation and signing contract;
依照地区总代招募流程在指定地区招募地区总代,目前的工作涵盖市场调研筛选、首次接触和评估,以及后续的谈判和签约工作;

2.Assist distributor to open our branded store in assigned areas by following standard store opening procedure, including
协助地区总代依照建店开店流程和标准在指定地区建立美国百色熊品牌店,包括

•Support distributor store location selection;
帮助地区总代筛选店址;
•Store location confirmation;
店址确认;
•Preparation and cooperation for store build up;
建店过程中的准备和协调工作;
•Place first order;
落实首次订单;
•Store merchandising installation (including product display, POSM, retail sales tool);
店内陈列体系的安装(包括产品展示,零售体系展示及零售演示工具);
•Support store staff training;
支持店员培训;
•Coordinate distributor store opening event supported by marketing team.
在市场团队的支持下协调地区总代门店的新店开业仪式。

3.Support distributor to develop and management Sub-Dealer (SD) business supported by marketing team, including
在市场团队的支持下,帮助地区总代开发和管理分销商渠道业务,包括

•Support distributor to recruit and sign contract with SD;
帮助地区总代招募分销商并签订分销协议;
•Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s distributor channel development strategy and process;
与地区总代共同执行百色熊地区总代渠道发展策略和流程;
•Set up target SD and the timeline of approaching;
设定目标分销商并规划开发时间表;
•Support distributor to conduct SD’s seminar & training;
支持地区总代举办分销商说明会及培训课程;
•Support SD’s promotion activity;
支持分销商的促销活动;
•Identify SD’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitors supported by marketing team;
明确分销商的需求并在市场团队的支持下制定消费者竞品转换解决方案;
•Push and monitor SD development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis.
推动和监督分销商的开发进程,并按月度回顾开发和销售表现。

4.Distributor and SD store visit according to weekly sales plan, including
根据每周业务计划,访问地区总代和分销商门店,包括

•Check store merchandising and inventory;
检查门店的陈列状况和库存;
•Implement and monitor promotion activity;
执行和监督促销活动;
•Manage store sales order;
管理门店的销售订单;
•Collect store sales data;
搜集门店的销售数据;
•Train and coach store sales staff;
培训和辅导门店店员;
•Support painter seminar and training program;
支持油工会及其培训课程;
•Coordinate customer service and technical support to handle customer complaint per distributor’s request;
根据地区总代的需求,协调售后服务和技术支援团队来处理客户投诉;
•Store sales improvement plan.
门店销售改进计划。

5.Support distributor to develop and maintain Deco firm business supported by marketing team, including
在市场团队的支持下,帮助地区总代开发和维护家装渠道业务,包括

•Support distributor to recruit and sign contract with Deco firm;
帮助地区总代招募家装公司并签订供货协议;
•Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s Deco channel development strategy and process;
与地区总代共同执行百色熊家装渠道发展策略和流程;
•Set up target Deco firms (middle – large, middle end – high end) and the time line of approaching;
设定目标家装公司(中大型,中高端)及其开发时间表;
•Support distributor to conduct Deco designer and painter’s seminar and training;
支持地区总代举办设计师和油工说明会和培训课程;
•Support Deco firm promotion activity;
支持家装公司促销活动;
•Identify Deco firm’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitors supported by marketing team;
明确家装公司的需求并在市场团队的支持下制定消费者竞品转换解决方案;
•Push and monitor deco development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis;
推动和监督家装渠道的开发进程,并按月度回顾开发和销售表现;
•Obtain and analyze competitor’s information, way of approaching, price structure and support.
搜集和分析竞品信息、洽谈方式、价格结构及其支持。

6.Support distributor to build up and develop outreach program, including
支持地区总代建立和开展外拓项目,包括

•Build up and maintain painter, contractor and designer’s network;
建立和维护油工、承包商及设计师网络;
•Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s outreach program development strategy and process;
与地区总代共同执行百色熊外拓项目发展策略和流程;
•Set up target of business area surround Behr branded store and target painter, contractor and designer;
设定门店周边的目标商圈、目标油工及目标设计师;
•Support distributor to conduct painter, contractor and designer’s seminar and training;
支持地区总代举办油工、承包商及设计师的说明会和培训课程;
•Support distributor’s promotion activity in block;
支持地区总代的小区促销活动;
•Push and monitor outreach program development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis;
推动和监督外拓项目的开发进程,并按月度回顾开发和销售表现;
•Obtain and analyze competitor’s information and activities in the market.
搜集和分析市场竞品信息和活动。

7.Submit weekly / monthly sales call report and sales forecast to have internal weekly / monthly sales review with Regional Sales Manager, and, to have monthly sales review with distributor.
每周及每月提交销售拜访报告及销售预估,与大区销售经理进行每周及每月销售工作回顾和小结,同时需与地区总代进行月度业绩回顾。


•Job Qualifications

1.College graduate in business or science discipline
大专以上学历,商务或理科专业
2.3 years of front line sales experience and 3 years sales management experience is required, coating industry experience is a plus
必须有3年一线销售工作经验及3年销售管理经验,涂料行业工作经验更佳
3.Leadership and management skill
具备领导和管理技巧
4.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; be able to communicate in English is preferred
具有表达清晰、简洁的沟通能力,有英语沟通能力者更佳
5.Basic analytical skills and ability to effectively summarize and present information
具备基本的分析能力,可以进行有效的汇总和信息表达
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office
精通微软办公软件
7.Pleasant personality with ability to work independently and in a team environment
性格开朗,并有独立工作能力和团队合作观念
8.Detail oriented, and ability of multi-task and troubleshooting
注重细节,并有多任务处理能力和解决问题能力


•Other Requirements

1.Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
