Job Description

•Scope/Summary

Responsible for assigned NKA sales target; Grow KA business including new KA development, negotiation, and relationship maintenance; Work with KA Sales Manager to make sure excellent operation and smooth communication with KA; Other duties may be assigned as required.
负责完成指定的重点大客户的销售目标,促进大客户业务的成长,包含新客户的开发、谈判和关系维护,配合大客户销售经理的工作,确保大客户的卓越运营和有效沟通;其它工作职责按工作需要派遣。

•Essential Functions

1.Be responsible for the KA sales forecast, target achievement and healthy inventory;
负责所属大客户的销售预估,销售目标的达成及合理库存的管理;

2.Maintain and grow KA business, including but not limited to:
保有及增长大客户业务,包含但不限于以下内容:

•relationship building, negotiation, contract sign-up, product test, etc.;
客户关系建立、谈判、合同签署、产品测试等;
•customer visit, customer training, deco event, on-site service, customer complaint, sub-dealer channel development and management, and promoters’ daily management, etc.;
客户拜访、客户培训、家装活动、现场服务、客诉处理、分销渠道开发及管理和促销员的日常管理;
•support KA ‘s promotion activity;
支持大客户促销活动执行;
•identify KA’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitor;
识别大客户的需求并提供解决方案,帮助大客户从竞品处转换客户;
•push and monitor KA development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis;
推动和监督大客户的业务发展,以月度为基础做常规销售和开发回顾;
•obtain and analyze competitors’ information, way of approaching, pricing structure and support;
获取竞品信息并做分析报告,包含市场进入方案,定价结构和公司支持;
•work with KA Sales Manager to communicate with KA and make sure their excellent operation.
与大客户销售经理协同工作,保证和大客户的良好沟通及卓越运营。

3.Submit weekly sales call report, monthly sales report and sales forecast to have internal monthly sales review with Regional Sale Manager, North and KA Sales Manager.
按时按量提交周报,月报及销售预估,以保证与北区大区销售经理及大客户销售经理间定期的销售业绩回顾和日常良好的沟通;

4.Summarize and analyze problems from daily work to develop training request, coach training and interact and coordinate with other departments to improve the sales.
从日常工作问题中总结归纳和分析出客户的培训需求和指导方案,并与其它部门保持良好互动和协调以推动销售业务的发展。

•Job Qualifications

1.College graduate in Business or Engineering discipline
大专以上学历,商务或工科专业
2.3 years of front line sales experience and 3 years sales management experience is required, coating industry experience is a plus
必须有3年一线销售工作经验及3年销售管理经验,涂料行业工作经验更佳
3.Leadership and management skill
具备领导和管理技巧
4.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; be able to communicate in English is preferred
具有表达清晰、简洁的沟通能力,有英语沟通能力者更佳
5.Basic analytical skills and ability to effectively summarize and present information
具备基本的分析能力,可以进行有效的汇总和信息表达
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office
精通微软办公软件
7.Pleasant personality with ability to work independently and in a team environment
性格开朗,并有独立工作能力和团队合作观念
8.Detail oriented, and ability of multi-task and troubleshooting
注重细节,并有多任务处理能力和解决问题能力

•Other Requirements

1.Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
